Airy USA, responding to a request for proposals for a new recreation center, engage Piatt Associates to further develop the City's program and design a facility that would help anchor an inner-city neighborhood with new retail, sports courts, multi-purpose spaces. The plan involved planning for revitalizing an existing park with parking, ballfields and swimming pool.
