Ten apartments, contained in two related buildings with parking below, were each constructed with eight prefabricated modular boxes installed on steel and concrete site-built structure. The design, conforming to a tight zoning envelope, and wrapping around two streets on a corner site, evokes the scale, variety, and bay-window expression of an intimately scaled series of row houses. A lively color scheme keyed to specific architectural elements suggests a collection of individual homes.
